Eurofighter Typhoon

The Farnborough International Air Show held in July 2010 is the biggest event of its kind in the world. Many of the world's top engineering and defence companies such as Finmeccanica, Rolls Royce and Lockheed Martin choose FIA to showcase their latest products. And, be warned, it's loud!

When the new Eurofighter Typhoon is demonstrating a vertical power climb starting just a few hundred metres away, it makes a noise you can feel rather than simply hear. Incredible to watch and just one of the amazing sights at this world famous event.

One of the most popular exhibits though was not even a plane. It was the Bloodhound Supersonic Car pavilion. This car looks more like a missile than a four-wheel vehicle – appropriate given that Bloodhound's jet+rocket configuration gives it a thrust to weight ratio more than twice that of the Eurofighter!

Bell Stone supplied the displays, information totems, tables, furniture and counters within the 368 square metre Owen Brown glass pavilion. Despite the size of the display, Our EZ modular package meant everything was dismantled and moved on to the next event in a small van.
