Toy Fair 2012
The Earls Court and Olympia (ECO) exhibition halls in Central London have a great history. Having installed stands at many events there over the years, the design and production team at Bell Stone are in a good position to know what can be done and the best way to get maximum use from your exhibition budget.
For example, Toy Fair at Olympia utilises the whole ground floor area, extending under the Gallery Level with its iron support columns around which your stand will need to fit. If you have booked space it's important to check if one of these columns sits in your stand area or nearby. Your exhibition designer for the Toy Fair will need to plan their sight lines carefully to avoid important elements of the display being blocked from key thoroughfares.
You may want to reconnoitre the parking well ahead of time too, as Olympia is in the middle of a residential area and spaces are in short supply.
